It’s holiday time and with that comes traditions.
One of the traditions we’ve established here at the Daily Montanan is not just presenting our annual list of Top 10 stories as decided by the staff, but we also love to show you what you’ve been reading. Each year, we also bring together the Top 10 most-read stories and Top 10 most-read columns.
This year, it’s not surprising that during an election season that seemed to last well beyond a year (because, well, it did), the top story was one of politics. However, critters, the outdoors and our state’s two national parks also made headlines. While the news changes, Montanans interest in certain topics becomes something more timeless.
