More than half of Florida voters have submitted their ballots with four days to go until Election Day, Tuesday. Early voting will wrap up this weekend in all but two Florida counties.
As of Friday afternoon, according to data compiled by Fresh Take Florida, more than 50% of Florida voters have cast ballots either by mail or at early voting locations. Of that number, more than 56% were registered Republicans, 52% Democratic, and nearly 40% from another or no party.
Gov. Ron DeSantis issued an executive order waiving some election deadlines following hurricanes Helene and Milton, enabling Pinellas and Taylor counties to allow early voting as late as Monday at some locations.
Most counties will wrap up early voting Saturday. Some of the state’s most populous counties will allow early voting until Sunday, including Alachua, Broward, Duval, Hillsborough, Leon, Orange, Miami-Dade, Osceola, Palm Beach, Polk, Sarasota, and Seminole.
Full details are available on each county’s supervisor of elections websites.
