Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks is asking for help in finding the people responsible for killing and abandoning a pronghorn buck on a block management area in Teton County ten miles west of Dutton, FWP said Wednesday in a news release.
The buck was killed with a small caliber bullet and left at the location on the night of Sept. 22, FWP said. It said the pronghorn was killed using a firearm during archery season.
FWP asks anyone with possible information about this crime to visit tipmont.mt.gov to provide details or contact game warden Asher Margotat at (406) 468-8204.
“You may be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1,000,” FWP said.
