President Joe Biden will visit New Hampshire Technical Institute in Concord on Tuesday to tout his administration’s work to address the cost of health care.
Sen. Bernie Sanders, an independent from Vermont, will join him at the community college. Biden was last in the state in May, when he was still his party’s presumptive presidential nominee.
NHTI warned the campus community there would be “significant law enforcement presence, parking, and traffic disruptions” from approximately 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Several campus buildings were closed, and Concord Area Transit buses were not scheduled to run through campus because of the visit, the college said in a message on its website.
