Our two person team is here to support you with a range of therapeutic massage, yoga, breathwork, and visualization techniques. We strive to cultivate a sense of ease and calm, bringing you home to your body in each session. Certified Massage Therapists Sasha (Finnell) Quattrocci and Cody Quattrocci have each completed 750 hours massage therapy training and are both Certified Yoga Teachers. You’ll notice a blending of massage and yoga in our approach as we cue breathwork throughout our sessions, helping you settle in and relieve both mental and physical tension. Moreover, we send our clients home with self care suggestions such as targeted stretches and self massage techniques; this way we ensure you have a comprehensive treatment plan both on and off the table. Our intention is to foster daily wellbeing for all of our clients. 

Homebody Massage + Yoga was created in January 2023 by owner Sasha (Finnell) Quattrocci. We opened our Burlington office space in September 2023 and as fate would have it, we found a literal home for Homebody. We are nestled into a well preserved 1870s era classic gothic revival home that now is exclusively commercial space. And yes, we are married! Thank you for supporting our small family business.

What We Do

Homebody offers a range of massage, breathwork, and yoga techniques to help you rest, relieve physical tension, and recover from injury. Our massage modalities include Swedish/Relaxation Massage, Deep Tissue (aka Sports Massage), Thai Massage, Shiatsu/Acupressure Energy Work, Prenatal Massage, Hot Stones, and Cupping. Our Therapeutic Massage blends these various modalities to fit your specific needs.

You can also practice yoga three times a week with Sasha at Laughing River Yoga — she offers Restorative, Yin, and Vinyasa classes. If you’re an athlete who’s serious about their craft, check out Cody’s MVP Program. This program offers meditation and visualization as a means to enhance performance for athletes.

Why We Do it

As a society, we tend to be disconnected from our bodies. When we find space to slow down and to rest, we get to come back home to our body, to ourselves. And when this happens, healing can begin. We want that for all.

We hope to foster an accessible space. Regardless of race, body type, age, ability, or orientation, you deserve to receive care. Our building does feature stairs to enter the building. While there is no elevator or ramp available, please contact us to see if a home visit is possible. We also have a Bodywork Grant Program to help offset the session cost for those who identify as Black, Indigenous, or People of Color. Please consider leaving a donation to help support this program.
